What each check found on July 18, 2026. "Did not appear" means exactly that — the name was absent from both official lists on that date. A business may operate under a different legal entity; verify at the state's page before ordering.
Doobie
Not on the state lists"Doobie" does not appear on New York's official dispensary verification page or in the state's active-license dataset — we checked both by name, including the temporary delivery-only entries. Doobie's own site advertises delivery to all five boroughs but names no New York licensed entity or OCM license number. Separately, The Travel Agency — which IS on the state's list — states on its own site that Doobie is its delivery courier. If you order, verify the licensed dispensary actually fulfilling your order on the state's page.
VGTNYC
Not on the state lists"VGTNYC" does not appear on either state list. Its own site advertises 24/7 delivery up to 80 miles from Lower Manhattan — including New Jersey, Connecticut, and upstate New York. Note: New York's rules do not permit any licensee to deliver cannabis across state lines, and licensed sales have legal hours.
NYCDelivery42
Not on the state lists"NYCDelivery42" does not appear on either state list. The site describes itself as "New York City's Original Cannabis Delivery Service for over 30 years", operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — a model that predates 2021 legalization and does not match how licensed delivery works (licensed dispensaries' own staff, legal hours, prepaid).
Green Therapy NYC
Not on the state lists"Green Therapy" does not appear on either state list. Its site advertises delivery to four boroughs plus Nassau and Long Island, noon to midnight, with cash payment on delivery — note that legal NY delivery is always prepaid online or by phone, never cash at the door.
LeaflyweedNYC
Not on the state lists"LeaflyweedNYC" does not appear on either state list, and despite the name it has no connection to Leafly.com, the well-known cannabis directory. The site displays no OCM license number and makes no New York licensing claim.
Splash Brothers
Not on the state lists"Splash Brothers" does not appear on either state list. The site takes phone orders with cash on delivery and claims coverage of all NYC boroughs plus Long Island and New Jersey — cross-state delivery is not permitted for any New York licensee, and legal delivery is always prepaid.
Zips Cannabis
Not on the state lists"Zips" does not appear on either state list as an NYC delivery operation — we checked the name and close variants against both sources.

MetroBud
Mixed resultNo "MetroBud" appears on New York's dispensary verification page. The state's license dataset contains a "MetroBud llc" — but it is a PENDING adult-use retail application (status In-Process, Non-Operational) for an address in Saugerties, NY, in Ulster County — not an active license, and not an NYC delivery authorization. The metrobudnyc.com site advertising same-day delivery across four boroughs makes no state-licensing claim we could find.
Mister Greens
Mixed resultThere IS a licensed "Mister Greens" on the state's list — but it is a storefront dispensary in Colonie, NY (Capital Region, near Albany), whose site mentions no delivery service and no NYC coverage. We could not connect that licensee to any NYC-facing delivery brand using the name.
